Georgina Mills

Research Assistant

Georgina graduated from the University of Southampton in 2020 where she completed her Masters degree in Neuroscience. There, she investigated the role of group one metabotropic glutamate receptors in Autism Spectrum Disorder, using the model organism C. elegans.

Georgina joined the Stephenson-Jones lab as a research assistant in 2020. Currently, Georgina is working as part of a team to investigate the neural networks involved in learning and executing action sequences, with primary focus on basal ganglia circuits.
