Arron Hall
Research Fellow
Arron is a postdoctoral research fellow in the Akrami Lab investigating the neural mechanisms that enable the brain to recognise and learn statistical patterns and regularities in the environment. He earned his PhD at Drexel University in Philadelphia, where his research focused on understanding how the cortex and hippocampus communicate to consolidate memories. Arron utilises a combination of techniques including in vivo electrophysiology and optogenetics, to investigate the neural circuits underlying learning and memory.
