Chenguang Li joined the Sainsbury Wellcome Centre in March 2025 after a PhD in Biophysics at Harvard University. Using methods from computational neuroscience and dynamical systems theory, she is interested in building new models of small nervous systems that have the flexibility, continuity, and autonomy of animals, which are still absent in artificial networks today.
