Neuronauts 2023

The second Neuronauts summer camp took place at SWC from 10 to 14 July 2023, run by the Voight-Kampff Project team in collaboration with the Neuronauts team of SWC and GCNU PhD students.

Hosted at SWC, the camp brought together 9 secondary school students from London (aged 14-15). The students learned about the fundamentals of technology, from electrons to AI, while building their own brain-shaped robot.

What did students say about the course?

“Undertaking this course has definitely made me more interested in robotics - an area that I have never really explored before. But, more than that, this course has exposed me to so many amazing opportunities, whether it is in building up teamwork and communication skills, or learning how to do something that will make an impact.”

“I had a fantastic experience throughout and gained knowledge and experience through lots of useful help and great teaching!”
