Chryssanthi Tsitoura studies visual processing in anatomically and molecularly defined retrosplenial cortex neuronal populations, and aims to understand their role in visual-based spatial navigation using viral tracing and whole-brain anatomical reconstructions of neuronal circuits and in vivo calcium imaging.
