Nicole Maug
PhD Student
Nicole completed her MSci degree in Neuroscience at University College London, where she worked in Isaac Bianco's lab on predicting zebrafish hunting behaviour from brain-wide neural activity using recurrent neural networks. This project sparked her interest in how brain states influence neural functions.
She joined the Burgess lab for her PhD to pursue work on the neural mechanisms of memory consolidation in humans and how these processes are modulated by emotions.
