Zoe works with the HR Manager to explore and understand staff and student needs at SWC and provide a responsive advisory and administration service. Prior to joining she was a Senior HR Assistant for Oxford Population Health, University of Oxford. She holds a qualification with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
